PrintPuzzleLab.com ("we", "our", or "us") is operated at printpuzzlelab.com. We provide free printable puzzles including word searches, dot-to-dots, sudoku, mazes, bingo cards, and hidden-picture sheets.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

• Email address — if you subscribe to our newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Usage data — pages visited, time on page, referring URL, browser type, operating system, and approximate location (country / region). Collected via Google Analytics (see §4.1) and server-side via Cloudflare.
• Download activity — which puzzle PDFs are downloaded, logged in aggregate for product improvement. A one-way hash of the IP address is stored to deduplicate counts; the original IP is never persisted.

2.3 Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect payment information, government IDs, or sensitive personal data. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To operate and improve the website and puzzle library.
• To send newsletters you subscribed to.
• To measure traffic and understand which puzzles are popular.
• To comply with legal obligations.

4. Third-Party Services

4.1 Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-LMY4PX5DWJ) to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics sets cookies to collect information such as page views, session duration, and approximate location. This data is processed by Google LLC (United States) under their standard data processing terms.

You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

4.2 Cloudflare

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and uses Cloudflare's global network for delivery, DDoS protection, and server-side analytics. Cloudflare processes request metadata (IP address, country, user agent) to provide these services. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

4.3 Cloudflare Turnstile

Pack download pages use Cloudflare Turnstile for bot protection. Turnstile runs a privacy-preserving challenge that does not use intrusive fingerprinting or behavioural tracking. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

4.4 Email Service Provider

Subscriber email addresses are stored and processed via our email service provider. We do not sell your email address to third parties.

6. Data Retention

• Analytics data — retained for 14 months in Google Analytics (configurable down to 2 months in GA4 settings), then deleted automatically.
• Subscriber emails — retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, or to object to / restrict processing. EU/EEA residents have rights under the GDPR; California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA.

8. International Transfers

Your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other countries via Cloudflare's global network. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other approved transfer mechanisms.

9. Children's Privacy

Our site is intended for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU). If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. We will post the revised version here with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
